Ingredients
1heaped tbs of yogurt
2 bananas
2 tbsp of hemp seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 cinnamon
1 tsp of raw honey
1/2 cup of water
Handful of ice
Method
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
