THIS ONE IS FOR YOU
Initial Naturopathic Nutrition Consultation – $350
Think of this as a total health audit!
This is for people that really want to understand their body & how there lifestyle & diet is effecting their health.
These consultations are extremely limited as I spend a whole day working on a new client. You won't find many practitioners that will give you that kind of attention.
Your initial consultation with me goes for 60-90 mins. I spend hours before & after our meeting forming a health plan that is just for you.
I talk to you about your medical history, including relevant family history as well as your current diet, environment and lifestyle. Any current pathology will also be assessed. I also take a thorough look at your current medications & supplements to see if these may be effecting your health.
I am committed to fining the cause/causes of disease rather than just treating the symptoms & will develop a plan to aid you in getting the body back to balance. Several hours after the consultation you will receive a detailed written prescription (usually about 7 pages worth) of diet & lifestyle suggestions.
In cases were herbs or wholefood supplements are needed they will be at an extra cost & will be delivered to you via a third party.

RETURNING CLIENTS

Follow up consultations – $150
Follow up consultations are usually at fortnightly, monthly or six-week intervals depending on the the needs of the individual. These appointments are 45 minutes in duration and include reviews and ongoing health assessments and possible changes to your health care plan as required.
In cases were herbs or wholefood supplements are needed they will be at an extra cost & will be delivered to you via a third party.

NEED SOME HELP SHIFTING YOUR ENERGY? THIS ONE IS FOR YOU
Customised Flower Essence Consultation – $80
20 minute consultations are available for acute emotional transitions. In the consultation a personal Bach Flower Essence will be formulated to the individuals current emotional needs. This service doesn't replace counseling, however, essences can be a very effective adjunct therapy to assist in times of big life transitions, such as changing jobs, moving house, feeling at a crossroads etc.
This service includes a 20 minute consultation, a personalised 30ml Bach flower remedy + postage.

Acute Consultation - $65
15 minute consultations are available for children and adults with acute illnesses such as earaches, digestive & urinary upsets, cold and flu. Angel comes from a terrain perspective & concentrates on home remedies that support detoxification & regeneration pathways rather than trying to just stop the symptoms.
