When are orders dispatched?

Orders placed before 1pm (on business days) are dispatched that same day. Orders placed after 1pm are shipped the following business day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out after 1pm on Monday.

If you have a pre-order item combined with in stock items in your order, the full order will be shipped in the first available post after the pre-ordered item arrives.

Your order has a missing, incorrect or broken item?

It is extremely rare that you will find breakages in your order. Extreme care is taken in packing your orders.  On the rare occasion this has happened or you have received an incorrect item or you are missing an item; please reach out as soon as possible so we can resolve this for you either with a refund or by replacing the item.
